That is what needs an explanation. How do the experiencers get this info? The lady with the basilar artery problem had no way to hear or see what she stated she experienced. You can't talk your way around this. It is something different than the theory you tried. And I don't know an answer, even with my background in human anatomy and physiology. Operating room scenes are not passed telepathically.
