Human perseverance is a wonderful thing.-It seems to me agnostics have three or four hands. The article demonstrates that a melding of classical Einstein and quantum theory is as far away as ever. A grand unified theory (GUT) appears to me to be impossible if the degree of separation described in Ruth's theory, requiring formal transactions, is correct. String theory seems dead in its tracks.
