I've admitted in the past that I do not know or understand his personality. What he has created and the laws that run the universe are set and comprehensible for us. If he did that by supernatural miraculous means in the past, that is what He is supposed to be capable of. I don't think He will change the rules now that we humans are here. That is what you seem to be describing. We are discussing the here and now, and I don't think the miracles described in the NT ever occurred. They are an invention of the folks who were selling Jesus as more than he was. Yes computers are truthful, and in your sense the universal consciousness has proposed everything beforehand and won't change things now and 'lie', as you put it.
