The fact of the interplay of our actions, under our self-control and decision-making, dictate to the brain how it must develop, is a feed-back mechanism which refutes Romansh's contentions. Not just contrary, but really not accepting the import of current findings.-Here we assume a self to have free will.
Having said that there is an interative process within our brain and its environment does not negate my postion at all David. At least in my opinion. -I don't consciously control the how my brain is shaped. I may think that I consciously deliberate decisions but end of the day this is a perception my 'self' has.
