Front end loading (Introduction)

This is a second article I discovered today. I have always wondered how cells communicated in adult animals or plants but also in the embryonal stage when the morphology of the organism is being built. We have all seen blueprints for our homes, and there also is a building plan to order the timing of construction so as not to get one part in the way of another. Can't cover the walls until the electric lines are in place, as a simple example.
