Habermas/Humphreys resurrection debate (Introduction)
The suggestion that the trial and crucifixion of Jesus is comparable to "the assassinations of the Kennedy brothers or Martin Luther King" is just wrong. A more appropriate analogy would be Franklin Graham being convicted by Congress and being publicly hanged. - The question about understanding what happened 2000 years ago is a function of the evidence -- it is not an a priori uncertainty. - This is a matter, like any other, of investigation and examination of the evidence.
