I think we'll just have to disagree: I simply don't accept that human exceptionalism makes a strong case for theism. The Universe (or, with a nod to the anthropic principle, thiis universe) was poised to create life, whether once on planet Earth or countless other times. Neither conclusion gets us closer to God as as solution to the fine-tuning problem. - David, I've tried to articulate my views on the God question in a separate post.
