The Pope on Intolerant Agnosticism (Agnosticism)
DHW: He's right, you know. The dogma of open-mindedness is a blot on the virgin papyrus of the one true faith, and intolerance of prejudice against women, against gays, against people who use contraceptives, against people who don't think the pope is infallible, certainly merits a dip in the lake of fire and brimstone. And he hasn't even started yet on atheists ... or perhaps he doesn't believe in them.-That is because he does not follow the tenets of his own faith.(BTW, I hold no traffic with the Pope, and disagree with Catholicism on a great number of things.)-Deuteronomy 4:2 "You shall not add to the word which I command you, nor take anything from it"(also Deuteronomy 12:32)-1Cor 5:12 What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside?-In other words, he needs to keep his nose where it belongs.

What is the purpose of living? How about, 'to reduce needless suffering. It seems to me to be a worthy purpose.
