Ok, so let me see if I have this correct. We have an experiment, repeated twice, with consistent observation of an phenomenon. The experimenters have gladly stated that they want it repeated elsewhere for verification. And someone thinks that a piece of paper with scribbly bits trumps real experimental observations that have been repeated, and are going to be independently verified?

I think the theoretical physicist are just grumpy that their theories might be wrong.

Same lab, same method. Independent varification is needed. Grumpy, yes.

Must stink to have a career in theoretical science when it looks like your theories could possibly come tumbling down around your ears. Even if they do succeed in multiple cases of independent verification, I think this is something that will not be truly accepted for a generation at least. People are too hung up on the speed of light being constant. It's kind of like traditional Evolution. You would basically have to have a video-taped luncheon interview with God or Jabba the Hutt explaining how he did it if you wanted to change anyone's opinion, and even then they would try to throw it out because they didn't witness the interview first hand.

Note Abel's message to me re slides. He is trying to bail out. I need finished slides to look at. Push him if you can. Those slides will be intersting in many ways if I ever get them.

I bought some packaging today. I don't think prepared slides will transport well so I am sending skin samples in a vial, eosin dye and a couple of slides with cover slips. I let you know when it is mailed

I have no lab. I am retired with an old but powerful microscope. I need prepared slides as you promised. I have NO way of preparing slides. Please send prepared slides only. Slides are shipped all the time!

Neutrinos probably not so fast:-http://blogs.scientificamerican.com/basic-space/2012/02/22/faster-than-light-neutrinos-explained/?WT_mc_id=SA_DD_20120223
