A Christmas Ode

Oh come all ye theists, agnostics and atheists,
The Christmas wish is clear:
Peace and love for everyone,
Now and throughout the year.

We human beings are making a mess
Of the planet on which we live,
And some make hell of others’ lives.
Stop taking! Learn to give!

Whether God exists or not,
One thing is surely true:
This life is real. Enjoy it, and help
Others enjoy it too.

Happy Christmas and happy every day to everyone!

This will be my last post until 28th or 29th December, as I shall be with my family, and we’ll be busy helping one another to enjoy the festivities.
