David in hospital (General)

dhw: I have just heard that David is in hospital. Apparently it's not a life-threatening condition, but he may be away for a few days.

Those of you who have followed our discussions on this website will know that although David and I disagree on almost every subject, we are the best of friends in our private lives. And so this is a fervent wish - just as strong as a prayer - that he will make a swift recovery.

I needed a medical intervention which worked. And I accept David as a close and dear friend
