The Negative Rh Factor (Origins)

Speaking of Monkey Business, recently my daughter asked me this question: If the Positive Rh Factor came from the Rhesus Monkey where did the Negative Rh Factor come from? Before I began my search online, wanting to give her the exact origin, my daughter, not particularly religious, asked quizzically, could it be the bloodline of God maybe? I said in a joking manner, well if it's the bloodline of God, then it's not of this earth so it would have to be an alien bloodline wouldn't it? She doesn't like the thought of aliens (so gave me that "oh mother" look) - yet she would be willing to believe it's Gods bloodline? I laughed, then to settle both our minds, went searching and promptly found nothing definitive, just odd websites about theories of the Rh factor negative's origins. Nothing scientific, except, they don't know for sure. -Here is one website that claims to have all the different theories on one website:

http://www.rhnegativeregistry.com/Rh_Negative_Factor_Blood_Origin_Theories_Migration.html -So, not to beat a dead horse with a stick - but, again, it seems there might be, after all, an "alien" in the woodpile?-How can science not have the answer to the origins of this blood type, David?
