justified criticism and a revised version (General)

The pages on the site have now been amended to reflect Version 2 of DHW's guide. The front (home) page has also changed with the link to the PDF version of the guide stating Version 2. If the page you are viewing still displays Download a copy without (Version 2), try refeshing your browser window a couple of times.
