Providing an answer for everything might not be a characteristic of the universe." - I don't expect the universe to provide all the answers, because of the quantum reality that is on the other side of the wall of Heisenberg's uncertainty principle. Some of the parts of the physics of the universe will never be known.
But that doesn't stop some folks from thinking: I've had one person tell me he knew there was a God because of the principle, for that was were God was, on the other side of the wall.
