I try very carefully not to fall into religion's way of creating an all-everything God. I think it is wishful thinking. Adler went so far as the estimate God's interest in an individual's prayer as about 50/50. I'm not sure God knows every event in the future, so unexpected emergent events or unindtended consequences are very possible.
